The Mind, Body, Bite Nutrition Method
The Mind, Body, Bite Nutrition Method is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed to help you understand your body, your habits, and your nutrition—so you can take control of your health with confidence and clarity. This is a fully virtual course in lecture format.
The next group begins on February 3rd and will complete on March 31st with 1 makeup session on April 7th. Week 5 is also a catch-up/make up (optional) class. 8 Live VIDEO Lessons with 2 Q&A/Makeup Sessions.
This 8-Week Program will teach you how to become your own coach by:

Live Virtual Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm EST and be available to all participants afterwards. Your Login will host a link where the streaming course will take place.
